General Impact Areas
Guided Pathways
With its structured and systemic approach, PPM streamlines the path to transfer and degree completion.
Chancellor’s Office and Vision 2030
PPM puts students first through clarified transfer pathways and strengthened faculty-student collaboration for guided success.
Regional Collaboration
PPM nurtures regional communication between community colleges and four-year universities to facilitate transfer and boost graduation rates.
Championing Equity
Our dedication to equity is demonstrated in our data-backed student outcomes. From 2016 to 2020, we observed notable growth in on-path percentages across diverse student groups:
On-Path Percentage: The proportion of enrolled units that directly count toward program completion, expressed as a percentage. Higher percentages indicate more efficient paths to graduation.
Caption: The data shows historically underserved student populations achieving higher rates of program completion through PPM, demonstrating our commitment to equitable student success.
